The scene of an overturned truck on Route 3 westbound in Rutherford, N.J. has been cleared, and Route 3 is back open with no delays.
Rush-hour backup on Route 3 toward Route 20 was exacerbated Thursday evening when a truck overturned.
Police are looking at excessive speed as a cause for the overturned truck.
