An off-duty NYPD officer fatally shot his wife on a Queens street, then killed himself at the home they shared a few blocks away, police said.
The 33-year-old officer shot his 46-year-old wife, a school safety agent, multiple times in front of a building on Camden Avenue in Hollis, authorities said.
He was later found dead of a gunshot wound to the head in their home a few doors down. A gun was recovered at the scene.
