Police in Bergen County are investigating whether three overnight burglaries are linked to a bigger crime spree involving more than a dozen other break-ins.

NBC 4 New York has exclusively obtained surveillance video of one of the burglaries, which took place within a mile of each other in Wyckoff and Midland Park.

In the break-in at Lukoil gas station in Wyckoff, the thief broke in through the glass of the front door to avoid setting off the alarm, then jumped over the counter and tugged at the cash register until he was able to get away, the manager said.

The thief got away with $200 in cash.

Police say the other thefts also involved a cash register being stolen.

Detectives across the county are working with each other as part of their investigations.
