A 28-year-old man was killed after he fell off an apartment balcony in Manhattan early Sunday morning.
The man had been sitting on the railing of a sixth floor balcony at 38 Delancey St. in the Lower East Side around 2:33 a.m., police said. He apparently lost his balance and fell two stories to the fourth floor below.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name hasn't been released.
