A New York City man has been arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl while he stood in line behind her at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey on Sunday.
Ronnie U. Lacy, 21, allegedly had sexual contact with the girl while waiting in line for the Batman Ride around 4:45 p.m., Jackson Township police said.
Lacy was charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. He was being held on $100,000 bail and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney that could comment on the charges.
