Police believe one man is behind attacks on three women in broad daylight over the past month in Queens.

The NYPD released a sketch of the suspect Tuesday in the hopes someone would recognize him.

All of the reported rape attempts were in Flushing, with the first on the evening of June 10. Police said a 50-year-old woman was riding her bicycle on Oak Avenue, near Kissena Park, when the suspect grabbed her and pulled her towards the park. He then tried to talk with her as he touched himself over his clothing. The woman was able to break free.

Two days later, a 24-year-old woman was approached by the man at the intersection of Colden Street and Mulberry Avenue. He tried to start up a conversation with her and then hugged her and kissed her on the cheek. Moments later, he grabbed her rear end and touched himself over his clothing, police said. The woman ran away.

Later that week, on June 15, a 41-year-old woman was walking near 56 Avenue and 148th Street when the suspect came up to her, grabbed both of her arms, and tried to pull her into a backyard. The woman screamed and he took off in a red vehicle.

No physical injuries were reported in the three incidents.

Police said the suspect is around 40-years-old and has a tattoo of a red and green star on the back of his arm above his elbow.

The NYPD asks anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
