A Dutchess County man is accused of videotaping 28 girls and women while they used a speedway restroom, deputies say.

Mitchell Lindsey, 22, is charged with 116 counts of unlawful surveillance and 12 counts of trespassing.

Lindsey turned himself in to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday, and was released from jail after posting $5,000 bail. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.

Sheriff’s deputies allege that he used a smartphone to tape and photograph women in the restrooms at the Orange County Speedway in Middletown in May and June. In some of the videos, police allege, the man’s face can be seen.

The victims were between the ages of 15 and 62.
