2 Motorcyclists Dead in Bushwick Crash

Police say the 45-year-old motorcyclist struck the other motorcyclist from behind as he waited at a red light

Two men died when the motorcycle one was driving crashed into another one as it waited at a red light in Bushwick Friday morning, police said.

Police found the two victims with serious trauma when they responded to the report of an accident near Halsey Street and Wilson Avenue just before 3:30 a.m.

A 45-year-old man and another of unknown age were taken to local hospitals, where they were pronounced dead.

Police say the 45-year-old motorcyclist struck the other motorcyclist from behind as he waited at a red light.

The investigation is ongoing.
