Girl, 16, in U.S. for 2 Months Disappears on Long Island: Cops

Authorities are searching for a 16-year-old girl who was last seen on Long Island Saturday.

Police say Nancy Meta Rodriguez came to the United States two months ago and doesn't speak English.

The circumstances of the Huntington Station teen's disappearance aren’t clear, but police say she may be in the Far Rockaway area of Queens.

Rodriguez is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds, police say. She has long straight brown hair.

Anyone with information on Rodriguez’ whereabouts is asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
