A 5-year-old boy who apparently wandered out of his Queens home shortly after midnight while his 23-year-old brother was at the store has been found safe, police said.
Zachary Nazario was located in good physical and medical condition Thursday morning. It wasn't immediately known where he was found.
Authorities say his older brother had been babysitting him Wednesday night and, when he thought the child was sleeping, decided to make a quick trip to the store. When he returned, the boy was gone.
