Midtown Jane Doe Identified

ACS is looking to for the identity of this young woman.

The young woman found wandering around midtown earlier this week with seemingly no memory has been identified as a missing 18-year-old from Washington state.

The woman's name is not yet being released, but her family is on its way to New York, CNN reported.

The teenager was found Oct. 9 and is receiving help from the Administration of Children's Services. When she was found, she said she couldn't remember her name, age or where she came from.

“I want to know who I am, and what happened to me," she told ACS.

CNN reported that a viewer in Maryland helped identify the teen because she was familiar with her missing person case.
