Men Bind Victims With Duct Tape, Pistol Whip Man in Violent Brooklyn Robbery: NYPD

Police have released surveillance video of three men they say bound three victims at gunpoint in a violent robbery last month in Brooklyn.

The suspects broke into an apartment on Sutter Avenue in Brownsville around 8 a.m. on July 23 by pushing through the door, the NYPD said.

They took out a gun and bound a 13-year-old girl, a 31-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man with duct tape, then punched, kicked and struck the man with the gun, police said. The suspects took off with about $3,500 in cash along with jewelry and electronics.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

Police have released surveillance video of the three suspects walking up the apartment building's stairwell. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
