The NYPD is looking for a suspect who attacked a 22-year-old man with a razor blade inside a fast food restaurant in Manhattan.

Police say the man was slashed at 7 p.m. Wednesday at a McDonald's on West 3rd Street.

They say the suspect made anti-gay remarks, which led to a physical confrontation between the two men.

Police say the suspect slashed the victim with the blade about the face, back, neck and elbow. He then fled.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he received stitches for his injuries.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers hotline at 800-577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
