If you're coming into Manhattan Wednesday night, avoid the Lincoln Tunnel. There are 60 minute delays because someone was spotted walking through the tube from the New Jersey side to New York.
The suspect was arrested. Port Authority Police had to complete a secuirty sweep before reopening the tunnel.
