Sixteen days after the storm, homeowners in Baldwin, on Long Island, face a post-Sandy nightmare like no other: not only are many still unable to turn on the lights and heat, their homes are still filled with the raw sewage carried in by the storm surge. Worse, no one will help them clean the sewage out, they say. Greg Cergol reports.
