Police are looking for a man in connection to eight armed robberies in Brooklyn.
The man is suspected of approaching victims as they’re about to enter their homes or forcibly entering victims’ home and confronting them with a firearm.
Police say the man is wanted in the following robberies:
- Incident #1 - At approximately 1740 hours on Sunday, February 15, 2015. No victim.
- Incident #2 - At approximately 2100 hours on Sunday, February 15, 2015. A 53-year-old female victim.
- Incident #3 - At approximately 0310 hours on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. A 36-year-old female victim.
- Incident #4 - At approximately 2055 hours on Saturday, May 2, 2015. A 42-year-old female victim.
- Incident #5 - At approximately 0820 hours on Friday, May 8, 2015. A 76-year-old male victim.
- Incident #6 - At approximately 0330 hours on Sunday, May, 10, 2015. A 39-year-old male victim.
- Incident #7 - At approximately 0345 hours on Sunday, May 10, 2015. A 28-year-old female victim.
- Incident #8 - At approximately 2330 hours on Thursday, May 14, 2015. 79-year-old female victim.
- Incident #9 - At approximately 0430 hours on Friday, May 15, 2015. 68-year-old victim.
Police released surveillance video and a sketch of the suspect, who is known to wear a green hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
