Man Sought in Forcible Touching Incident

Police have released surveillance video of a man suspected in a forcible touching incident in Queens earlier this month.
The man seen in the video allegedly touched a 19-year-old woman in the Astoria-Jackson Heights part of Queens, then fled the scene on foot.
He is described as about 35 years old, and approximately 5'4". He was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve shirt, black pants, black shoes, a black bag and sunglasses on his head.
