Man Killed, Another Wounded in Brooklyn Shooting: NYPD

Police have not yet made any arrests

Police say a man was killed and another was wounded in a shooting in Brooklyn Friday evening. 

Officers were called to 572 Warren St. in Gowanus just after 6:30 p.m. and found William Jordan, 43, with a gunshot wound to his head, police said. Jordan was taken to Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. 

A 38-year-old man was also found with a graze wound to the hip, and two other men, ages 30 and 40, had minor head injuries from being struck with a gun, according to police. 

The 38-year-old man refused medical attention, and the other two victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment. 

Investigators have not made any arrests.
