Man Shot in Face, Teen Grazed in Bronx Shooting: Police

Police are investigating after a man and a teen were wounded in a shooting on a Bronx street Monday evening. 

Police say the 34-year-old man was shot in the face and the 14-year-old boy was grazed in the shooting on East 143rd Street in Mott Haven at about 5:45 p.m.

It's not clear if the victims were targeted. No arrest has been made, and the gunman may have fled in a dark-colored SUV, police said. 

One person was taken to Lincoln Hospital. It's not clear what condition he was in.
