A 38-year-old man was fatally shot in Queens Tuesday afternoon, police say.
Officers were called to an Elmhurst address on Roosevelt Avenue near 94th Street at about 2:30 p.m. and found a 38-year-old man shot in the torso, according to the NYPD.
He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The victim has been identified as Jorge Manzanarez of Elmhurst.
No arrest has been made.
