Man Seriously Injured After Hit-and-Run in Sugar Hill: NYPD

A early morning hit-and-run left a man seriously injured in Sugar Hill Sunday.

The 38-year-old victim was crossing the street at West 155th Street and St. Nicholas place when a white car hit him and fled the scene at around 4:35 a.m., police said. 

He was taken in an ambulance to St. Luke's Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The victim has since been released and is at home.

Authorities said the vehicle is a white, four-door sedan that was traveling south on St. Nicholas Avenue.
