Police are investigating a fatal overnight hit-and-run accident in the Bronx.
A 32-year-old man was struck by a white Lincoln Navigator at about 1:45 a.m. on Story Avenue, between Castle Hill and Havemeyer avenues, in the Westchester-Unionport area, police said. The vehicle fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Westchester Square Medical Center where he died of his injuries. His name has not been released.
Police said they were looking for the vehicle, which likely sustained front-end damage in the accident.
