A man was killed after being hit by a subway train on the Upper East Side Tuesday morning, police said.
The victim was hit by a northbound 6 train near 77th Street and Lexington Avenue at about 4:30 a.m., police officials said.
Authorities believe he may have been walking on the tracks.
The investigation into the death is ongoing.
