Police are probing the mysterious death of a 46-year-old man found in his bed in a luxury Brooklyn apartment building.
Mark Garza was found by his brother Tuesday morning in his apartment at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, a waterfront high-rise.
Police say Garza had cuts and bruises on his face and his apartment was a mess. There was no sign of forced entry.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
