Police say a man found dead in a Queens basement on Valentine’s Day was killed in a homicide.
Kevin Lopyan, 56, was found unconscious and unresponsive with head trauma in the basement on 77th Avenue in Kew Gardens, police say.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Queens medical examiner’s office deemed the incident a homicide.
Police say the investigation is ongoing. No further information is currently available.
