A man fell out of a window at a Broadway theater during a matinee performance Sunday, but landed on a marquee and was expected to be OK, officials said.

The man, who was said to be in his 60s, was on the second floor of the Lyceum Theater and was leaning on the window when he fell out, witnesses said.

Firefighters used a ladder truck to lift him from the marquee.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital with minor back and chest injuries, officials said.

The Lyceum Theater is showing "The Nance," starring Nathan Lane.
