A man was dragged to death after being caught in the doors of an F train as it was leaving a station  in Queens, DNAinfo reported

The 51-year-old man tried to board a southbound F train at about 6:45 p.m. when he got caught in the doors, according to the report.

He was then dragged by the train about 25 feet before breaking free and falling onto the platform. He then hit his head on the floor, the website reports.

The man was taken to Jamaica Hospital and pronounced dead, the website reported.

Investigators were questioning the train's crew. They've been tested for drugs and alcohol, the MTA told DNAinfo.

The NYPD is investigating the man's death.
