Police say one person is dead following a hit-and-run crash in Queens.
The crash happened at Wednesday just before midnight at Union Parkway and 46th Avenue in Flushing, according to the NYPD.
Police say the driver hit a 61-year-old man who was crossing 46th Avenue and fled. The unidentified victim sustained severe head trauma and was taken to Flushing Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No information was immediately available.
