A man is facing charges of murder and manslaughter after stabbing two men, one of them fatally, outside a Bronx McDonald's, police said Saturday.
The 40-year-old man was taken into custody at the scene of Friday night's attack, police said. Authorities announced the charges Saturday. It wasn't immediately clear if the man had a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.
Officers responding to a call outside the fast-food eatery in the Concourse section of the Bronx at about 7:15 p.m. found a 43-year-old man with stab wounds to his chest and arm and a 27-year-old man with a slash wound to his right hand, according to police.
Both men were taken to Lincoln Hospital, where the 43-year-old man was pronounced dead.
The men had an argument a day before the stabbing that eventually led to the violence, police said.
