A man hopped on the back of an MTA bus and held on for dear life as the bus drove through Central Park, video shows.
Video of the joyride was shot by a passenger in the car behind the bus, who shared it with NBC 4 New York.
Christine Shim-Rodriguez said she took the video at about 10:20 p.m. Friday of the M79 bus as it drove crosstown from Central Park West to Fifth Avenue.
The interloper jumped off and ran away onto Fifth Avenue near 89th Street, she said. Shim-Rodriguez said she and the driver of her car stopped and told the bus driver why they had been honking.
The MTA and NYPD said they didn't receive any reports of the hop on.
