Police say they’ve arrested a 71-year-old man who has allegedly been stalking children on Long Island.
Philip Malfettone of Baldwin is accused of sitting in his parked car on St. Luke’s Place watching children and touching himself, Nassau County police said.
Witnesses told police they’ve seen Malfettone parked on that block several times in the past.
Malfettone is charged with stalking and endangering the welfare of a child.
Anyone who believes their child has been victimized by Malfettone is asked to call detectives at 516-573-6155.
