Authorities have tracked down a man accused of killing a Long Island man in front of his home late last month, Suffolk County police say.
Torey Warren, 34, was arrested in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania Thursday on a second-degree murder charge, police say. The man is accused of fatally shooting 30-year-old Desi Kingsbury in the head in front of his home in Wyandach on Sept. 29.
Police in Suffolk County, Pennsylvania and U.S. Marshals tracked the man down. Warren, of Amityville, waived his right to an extradition hearing and will be arraigned Friday in a Suffolk County courtroom. It's not known whether he has an attorney.
