Police say a man was arrested on Long Island late Sunday afternoon for driving while intoxicated with an 11-year-old child in the car.
The man, 32, was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane on Sunrise Highway in Holbrook and arrested after an officer determined he was under the influence of alcohol.
The suspect had a friend in the car with him as well as the friend's 11-year-old son.
The man was charged with aggravated DWI with a child 15-years-old or younger, driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and endangering the welfare of a child.
