1. Man Threatens to Call ICE When He Hears Workers Speaking Spanish in Midtown Cafe

A man's racist rant about employees speaking Spanish at a Midtown cafe has gone viral. 

The tirade occurred at the Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue on Tuesday during lunch. A customer even said the man threw a sandwich after cameras stopped rolling. 

Outrage is growing and some social media users have flooded the man's law firm's Facebook and Yelp pages with one-star reviews.

2. Recent Grads Make an Average of $61,000 in First Jobs

Recent college grads, we got some good news for you. 

A new survey finds that grads in New York City make an average of nearly $61,000 in their first jobs. That's higher than every other major city except for San Francisco and 10 more than the nationwide average.

3. Rent Is Dropping in NYC, Report Says

In more good news for your wallet, rents are falling in part of the Big Apple. 

Real estate firm Douglas Elliman says that average rental prices in Manhattan and Queens were lower last month than they were at this time last year. And while prices were up just a bit in Brooklyn, more landlords in all three boroughs are offering perks like free rent or reduced broker fees to new tenants.
