Helix Reopens After Truck Overturns, But Delays Persist

Outbound lanes of the Lincoln Tunnel have reopened after an overturned tractor-trailer on the helix forced authorities to shut them down early Monday, but commuters are advised to expect residual delays.

NJ Transit buses were operating with 30-minute delays in and out of the Port Authority bus terminal.

NJ Transit said it is cross-honoring bus tickets and passes Monday due to the accident. Inbound express bus lanes were closed to facilitate clean-up but reopened shortly before 7:30 a.m.
