LIRR Westbound Service Restored Between Jamaica, Penn Station

The MTA says LIRR westbound service has been restored between Jamaica and Penn Station after a brief outage, but commuters should expect delays.

The agency says the cause of the outage was a downed Amtrak power line in one of the East River tunnels.
