Police have identified a suspect in the deadly shooting of a14-year-old girl on a Queens public bus.
Authorities say Kevin McClinton, 21, is wanted for the May 18 homicide.
Police have said the shooting was believed to be a dispute between gang members, and the gunshot accidentally went through the window of the bus and hit Daja Robinson in the head.
Last week police said they were questioning a teenager in connection with the shooting. It's not clear what his perceived role was in the shooting.
Robinson was on her way home from a sweet 16 party, police said. She was sitting about three rows from the back of the bus when she was struck.
Anyone with information about the homicide or the whereabouts of McClinton is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS
