Two people were shot inside a popular Manhattan nightclub early Tuesday morning, and one died.
Police said they responded to the Juliet Supper Club on West 21st Street at about 2:20 a.m. for a call of a man shot. They discovered a 43-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the torso and back, and a 28-year-old man shot in the arm, back and rear end.
Both were taken to Bellevue Hospital; the 43-year-old man died.
In September, a 23-year-old man who had been talking to two women in the club was stabbed to death in a confrontation that escalated outside.
The nightclub has hosted celebrities including Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz and the Kardashian sisters.
