A woman jogging in Queens Sunday morning was slashed in the thigh by a young man who then fled, police said.
The 19-year-old jogger was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center for treatment.
The woman was jogging near the intersection of 79th Street and 25th Avenue in Jackson Heights at about 11:15 a.m. when the attack occurred, police said.
No arrest has been made. The suspect was wearing black shorts and a gray hoodie at the time.
