Knicks basketball sensation Jeremy Lin has a new place to call home -- a lower Manhattan condo overlooking the Statue of Liberty.
The furnished two-bedroom rental apartment is on the 38th floor of the residences at the W New York Downtown Hotel and features original art on the walls.
Lin signed the contract on Wednesday, reports The Wall Street Journal.
The apartment had a listed rent of $13,000 a month, but the son of the W's developer, Joseph Moinian, said Lin got a better deal.
His father declined to disclose the contract price.
Lin said in a statement he was attracted to the W because of the amenities. He said he's also familiar with the W Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, where his parents grew up.
