A 57-year-old man was found dead Sunday morning in upper Manhattan with multiple stab wounds to his neck and body, police say.

Police found the man's body inside a building on Vermilyea Avenue after getting a call about an unconscious man there,

The man's name has not yet been released.

No arrests have been made.
