A two-story deck collapsed in Long Island Sunday afternoon, injuring several people, according to officials.
The deck collapsed on Abbott Avenue in Mastic at around 4:30 p.m., officials said. Nine people were on the deck at the time. Five had minor injuries including cuts and bruises.
The cause of the collapse was not immediately clear.
