Impatient US Marshal Brandishes Gun at Brooklyn McDonald's: NYPD

A U.S. Marshal was not lovin' the service he got at a Bay Ridge Mc Donald's.

Deputy Marshal Charles Brown walked into the fast food restaurant near 86th Street at around 1:20 a.m. Saturday, police said. Brown soon got into an argument with a 25-year-old male employee about waiting in line.

Following the dispute, he left the restaurant and returned with a black gun. Authorities said he threatened the employee from outside with the weapon.

Officers canvassed the location upon arrival and approached Brown at 87th Street and Fourth Avenue. Police said they recovered a black loaded gun from his waistband.

Brown was arrested at 1:36 a.m., authorities said. The 30-year-old was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a firearm and menacing.
