Suffolk County police say firefighters responded to the Mastic fire after receiving a 911 call from a neighbor at 11:17 p.m. Thursday.

The two male victims were pronounced dead at the hospital.

The woman, 64-year-old Barbara DeSouza, was listed in critical condition at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
