A spokesman says former Mayor Ed Koch is feeling "much better'' and cracking jokes.

George Artz said Tuesday it's still not clear when Koch will go home. He entered NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia hospital Saturday night with fluid in his lungs and swollen ankles.

Koch says the chocolate milkshakes there are "delicious.''  Still, the 88-year-old stressed that it's "not worth'' being hospitalized just to get one.
