Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in the shooting of a 17-year-old in Harlem last December.

The suspect is being sought in the late-night shooting on Dec. 30, 2012 in front of 1345 Amsterdam Ave. Police said the suspect approached the victim and shot him once in each leg.

The teen was taken to St. Luke's Hospital where he was treated and released. 

Investigators have released surveillance photos of the suspect as well as photos of the suspect's jacket.
