VIDEO: Suspect Sought in 15 Harlem Burglaries

The NYPD is investigating a string of burglaries that occurred in Harlem between early November and late December.     

Police believe one suspect is responsible for the 15 burglaries.     

They say the suspect gained entrance into commercial establishments by breaking holes into walls and rooftops of buildings under renovation.

Once inside, police say, he disabled surveillance cameras and removed items he could carry out.     

The first burglary occurred on Nov. 11; the last one was on Christmas Eve. Most occurred between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.    

The suspect is described as a 5'8" man between 25 and 30 years old and weighing about 145 pounds.
