Goat Gets Loose on New Jersey's Pulaski Skyway

A renegade goat got loose on the Pulaski Skyway in New Jersey Tuesday morning and caused  traffic headaches for more than an hour as authorities tried to corral it.

Jersey City Police Capt. Edgar Martinez says it took 90 minutes for emergency services to capture the goat as it ran along the four-lane bridge between Jersey City and Kearny Point.

No one was injured.

The goat, which was nicknamed "Sky," was brought to the Liberty Humane Society in Jersey City, and will be brought to a farm either Tuesday or Wednesday, according to the shelter manager.

Officials are still trying to determine where the goat came from.

The Pulaski Skyway traverses the Passaic and Hackensack rivers.
