Girl, 11, Shot in Shoulder

An 11-year-old girl was shot in the shoulder in the Brownsville Section of Brooklyn Wednesday afternoon, the NYPD said.
The girl was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is in stable condition, police said.
The shooting is under investigation.
