advertisement

The Long Island Railroad has resumed normal eastbound service out of Penn Station.

The railroad reports residual eastbound delays of up to 30 minutes east of Jamaica and westbound delays of up to 10 minutes.

The railroad says the disruption was caused by a person on the tracks being struck by a train in Forest Hills earlier this evening.
